পাইলস কি?
পাইলস:-পাইলস, যাকে অর্শ্বরোগও বলা হয়। বৃহদান্ত্রের শেষাংশে রেকটামের ভেতরে ও বাইরে থাকা কুশনের মতো একটি রক্তশিরার জালিকা থাকে, যা প্রয়োজন সাপেক্ষে সংকুচিত ও প্রসারিত হয় যা আমরা পাইলস নামে জেনে থাকি। যখন পায়ুপথে এসব শিরার সংক্রমণ বা প্রদাহ হয় এবং চাপ পড়ে তখন পাইলস বা হেমোরয়েডসে প্রদাহ হয়। যাকে সাধারণ ভাষায় অর্শরোগ বলা হয়।
