মহার্ঘ ভাতা কি?
মহার্ঘ ভাতাঃ-জীবন যাত্রার ব্যয় বৃদ্ধির ফলে ( দ্রব্য + নিত্য প্রয়োজনীয় জিনিসপত্রের দাম + যাতায়াত ব্যয় ইত্যাদি ব্যয় বৃদ্ধি) শ্রমিক বা কর্মচারীদের সাময়িক ভাবে মূল বেতনের সাথে যে অতিরিক্ত ভাতা বা অর্থ প্রতিষ্ঠানের পক্ষ থেকে প্রদান করা হয় তাই “মহার্ঘ ভাতা” বলে পরিচিত।

Expensive Allowance:-The increase in the cost of living (increase in the cost of goods + necessities + travel expenses, etc.) is an additional allowance or money paid by the organization to the workers or employees on a temporary basis along with the basic salary, known as "expensive allowance".
