প্রত্যেক মাসের শেষের দিকে এমপিওভুক্ত শিক্ষক/শিক্ষিকা  এবং কর্মচারীরা দৈনিক শিক্ষাডটকমে ফোন ও ইমেইল করে জানতে চাওয়া হয় কবে চেক ছাড় হবে এবং স্মারক নম্বরটা। এই স্মারক নম্বরটা আটকে রাখতে চায় ব্যাংক ও শিক্ষা সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্মকর্তারা। ১০-১৫ বছর আগে এক মাসের বেতন পেতে অন্য মাসের শেষের সপ্তাহ কিংবা আরো একমাস লেগে যেত।
